2020 AAOS Annual Meeting Cancellation: Update on AOA Meetings in Orlando

The American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS) has cancelled its 2020 Annual Meeting, scheduled for March 24-28, 2020 in Orlando, due to concerns surrounding Coronavirus (COVID-19).
As such, the AOA will now host its Spring CORD Conference and all AOA Committee Meetings as virtual meetings.
The Fellowships Alumni, Host, and 1887 Circle Reception has been cancelled.
Spring CORD Conference
Friday, March 27, 2020
The Spring CORD Conference will deliver the same educational content virtually on March 27. Q&A and discussion will be conducted online.
Current CORD Conference registrants will automatically be registered for the virtual conference.
Registrants should watch their email for login details, which will be provided soon.
- Cost: $50.00
- All current registrants will be reimbursed, excepting the $50 registration fee for accessing the virtual conference.
- Registrants who are unable to attend real-time will be able to access the conference recording.
- New registrants will be charged a $50.00 registration fee.
AOA Committee Meetings
Tuesday, March 24-Saturday, March 28, 2020
All AOA Committee Meetings will still take place. All meetings will be transitioned to conference call. Committee Members should plan to attend.
Updated information will be provided shortly.
Agenda books with access codes will be sent out to Committee members and assistants on Wednesday, March 18.
